Jordan Hoch

Jordan Hoch, founder of the Hoch Group, has been a top producer since 2005 when he was nominated for the Real Estate Board of New York’s Rookie of the Year. In five short years he has quickly moved up the ranks from a small rental company to being a Vice President in the largest real estate brokerage in New York.

Born and raised in New York City, a graduate of Riverdale Country School and Boston University, Jordan has lived in every corner of New York City, from the West Village to the Upper East Side. Jordan’s extensive knowledge of the history and attributes of each neighborhood gives him a distinctive edge and has lead to his success in marketing Co-op’s and Condo’s in a wide range of prices and locations throughout New York City.

Joelle is dedicated to her clients, listening to their needs and desires for their perfect home. Through her energy and expertise of this city, she strives to stay current with the NYC marketplace in terms of sales, availability, and trends.

Joelle attended Boston University where she obtained her undergraduate degree in Music. She then followed her dreams, making the move from Massachusetts to New York. She has performed and done recording work all over the country, but through her love for this incredible and charismatic city, has inadvertently developed a new passion for Real Estate. Personable, organized, and enthusiastic, she is determined to help make this process smooth and enjoyable. She is also a fantastic sales agent, helping the seller through all the necessary steps.
