Jordan Hoch

Jordan Hoch, founder of the Hoch Group, has been a top producer since 2005 when he was nominated for the Real Estate Board of New York’s Rookie of the Year. In five short years he has quickly moved up the ranks from a small rental company to being a Vice President in the largest real estate brokerage in New York.

Born and raised in New York City, a graduate of Riverdale Country School and Boston University, Jordan has lived in every corner of New York City, from the West Village to the Upper East Side. John Fasitta

John Fasitta, a residential real estate specialist for over 17 years, has handled all types of transactions ranging from $10 million 5-bedroom apartments overlooking Central Park to alcove studios for $110,000.  His most successful niche has been properties originally listed as For Sale By Owner and he has a successful track record helping these clients net a higher price and quicker turn-time than going it alone.  Prior to joining Prudential Douglas Elliman, John owned his own real estate firm in New York City for five years

Jacqueline Schwartz

Jacqueline Schwartz has been managing rental transactions and real estate sales at Prudential Douglas Elliman for more than a year. As the most recent addition to The Hoch Group, Jackie’s background in hospitality brings attention to detail and a customer-oriented focus to each of her engagements. Jackie holds a BA in Communications from Rutgers with a minor in Psychology.
