UWS Largest Loft Sells-But Not Before a Price Cut
This 3,180 square foot loft at the Upper West Side’s “The Pythian” finally sold for just over $4 million–which was about $1 million shy of the original asking price. The third-floor, rear-facing unit sports 16 foot ceilings and was reported to be the largest loft on the market on the UWS. Check out the private bridge adjoining the bedrooms (above).
