$1.78 Million TriBeCa 2BR Now a $2.195 Million 1BR

This 5th floor apartment at 11 Lispenard Street sold less than a year ago for $1.78 million as a two-bedroom apartment, with a listing suggestion that a renovation could make it into a comfy three bedroom. The buyers renovated alright, but they went the other way, turning the apartment into a one bedroom–an improvement they think is worth $415,000.
