Greenwich Mansion for Sale—Half Off!
While investment banker Stanley Cheslock of Cheslock Bakker and Associates impatiently awaits his deferred Wall Street bonus, the price tag on his 26,000 square foot Greenwich mansion sitting on 20 acres goes down, down, down. The mansion, originally priced at $30 million, is now on the market for $15.95 million. According to Bloomberg, $10 million+ Greenwich mansions are piling up, marking the biggest backlog since 2004.
Amenities at Cheslock’s palatial compound include a movie theater
a wine cellar with a 3,700 bottle capacity (for you wine enthusiasts, that’s over 10 years at a bottle per day)
and an indoor lap pool.
