Jennifer Aniston Double Dips for The Perfect West Village Penthouse

After an exhaustive search that took her through the better part of the West Village, Jennifer Aniston has settled on not one, but two apartments at 299 West 12th Street. The first, belonging to celeb hairstylist Sally Hershberger, sported a killer terrace but just one bedroom.

That’s the advantage of being a multi-millionaire, though. There’s always a solution. Aniston is supplementing the 18th floor apartment that she reportedly bought for nearly a million below the $5.9 million asking price with a $1.8 million one bedroom on the 17th floor.

The resulting 2-floor, 2.700 square foot apartment with 900 square feet of terrace space will be a perfect spot for Aniston to entertain all her Friends. Hopefully Angelina doesn’t come steal it from her.
