After more than 9 months on the market, Uma Thurman’s 5-story, 5,086 square foot townhouse is finally under contract. The 18 West 9th Street house sports 7 bedrooms and 6 1/2 baths, a private garden with an outdoor fireplace, and a rooftop deck. The house was put on the market back in May for $14,200,000. No word yet what the final sales price was, but the sale is sure to be a relief after a 280 day listing period.
