A Hot New Rental Building, Just Around The Corner

Josh Groban has his eye on the Upper West Side. The singer-songwriter is reportedly considering a 1,600 square foot, three-bedroom apartment with 1,000 square foot wraparound terrace at 200 W. 72nd street.

What does one pay for a 15th-floor apartment apartment with floor-to-ceiling windows and triple exposures at The Corner, a modern new rental building? $18,000.

Minnesota-Wild-turned-New-York-Ranger Marian Gaborik is also scoping out The Corner–a 1,540 square foot three bedroom one floor above for $16,500.

Josh, we hope Marian doesn’t practice at home.
