Justin Timberlake traded in his TriBeCa lifestyle to enjoy the views from Soho Mews.

Listed in 2008 at $8.6 million, J.T. reportedly picked up his swanky new pad for $6,567,712.50. Um, 50 cents??? That gives new meaning to “6 million and some change.”

No newcomer to bargaining, Timberlake bought his (larger) TriBeCa condo two years ago for more than $2 million under list price. Add negotiations to his long list of talents.
