Nicole Kidman Puts Apartment Back on Market

Down under in the City?

Nicole Kidman’s Perry Street apartment has just hit the rental market for $45,000/ month. Kidman first purchased the 3,785-square-foot apartment in 2003 for $8 million, enjoying views of the Harbor, the Statue of Liberty, the New Jersey shoreline and Hudson Waterfront Park. The fact that Richard Meiers’ new building at 165 Charles Street was going to block part of those Hudson River views are what is reportedly prompting the newfound distaste. Still, the apartment takes up its own full-floor and boasts three-bedrooms and three and a half bathrooms. Not bad for most of us, but if you started with more than that…
