The Morgan Library & Museum Reopens

The Morgan Library & Museum will reopen after its major $4.5 million restoration at the learned hands of Beyer Blinder Belle. It looks like everything in the interior has been given new life, from the lighting and carpets to the mosaics and marble-work. There are even rooms that have never been open to the public before that will be opened. In addition to redoing the space itself, there will be a curated set of paintings from the collection of original owner Pierpont Morgan hanging on the new walls.
