Tiger Woods On the Prowl in Manhattan?
It’s been a rough year for Tiger Woods, from the exposure of his “off-course” pursuits and a slew of negative media coverage to his divorce and a less than stellar return to the Tour. So maybe he’s thinking it’s time to embrace his new bachelor-hood and move to New York City.
Rumor has it that Tiger will be teeing up a new bachelor pad in downtown Manhattan- and the New York Daily News says it’ll be the West Village’s Printing House condo at 421 Hudson Street. The Daily News got the scoop from a late-night encounter when Tiger stopped to “pet our pretty brunette source’s pup.”
If true, Tiger will be moving into a 19th-century commercial building full of residential lofts converted in 1979. The most recent sale in the building was $1.935 million, and several other units are renting for $5,200/ month. It’ll be a much different course than he’s been on up until this point.
