He has a bottle of red, a bottle of white, and great taste in Manhattan real estate. Curbed reports that Billy Joel recently purchased a unit at Nolita’s 211 Elizabeth Street. Joel has reportedly paid $3.3 million for a third-floor, 1,607 square foot with 2 bedrooms and 2 baths. Deisgned by Roman & Williams, the building has been widely acclaimed as beautiful to look at and a great choice to live in- if you can afford it. I have visited this apartment with clients and if reports are correct and Joel has purchased this for his daughter, she now has a sick new pad in an awsome building. I wish my dad would buy me one!!!
