With all of the properties out there it can be hard to keep up- what’s the range, what’s the best deal, and what’s the most anyone is asking for right now? You know, the important stuff. The Real Deal did a good run-down on the priciest and cheapest to hit the market, and here they are:
Most Expensive:
1. 610 Park Avenue. A 7,700 square-foot five-bedroom, five-bathroom condo on the Upper East Side. Private outdoor space and fireplace. Listed at $32.8 million with Carrie Chiang and Janet Wang of the Corcoran Group.

2. 60 Warren Street. A two bedroom, four bathroom, and two half-bathroom in Tribeca. Listed at $28 million with Stephen McRae of Sotheby’s International Realty.

3. 1 East 94th Street. A six-bedroom, seven-bathroom and two-half-bathroom townhouse. Listed at $28 million with Serena Boardman of Sotheby’s International Realty.

…But what about the deals?!?
Here are the Cheapest listings of the week:
1. 100 Overlook Terrace. One-bedroom, one-bathroom co-op in Hudson Heights. Listed at $265,000 and marketed by Fumiyo Hayashi of Barak Realty.

2. 220 East 87th Street. A studio co-op on the Upper East Side. Listed at $265,000 with Renata Muzis of Prudential Douglas Elliman.

3. 725 Riverside Drive. A one-bedroom, one-bathroom condo in Hamilton Heights. Listed at $274,000 and marketed by Russell Miller and Sandy Edry of Citi Habitats.
